  • 1 egg

  • Prepare ingredients and set aside

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat to 253°F
  • Add 1 small pat of butter to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 1 egg to pan
  • Flip 1 egg
  • Remove ingredients from pan

    I swapped the butter for olive oil and it still cooked perfectly. I appreciated the alerts regarding temp, so I knew when to turn the stove heat up / down so I wouldn’t burn or undercook. I also enjoyed being able to pinpoint the temp at specific parts of the pan. Might be my best egg ever!
