This is a wonderful vegetable filled omelet. My daughter's favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 chopped red onions
- 1/2 chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 chopped zucchini
- Salt
- 1 Pat Butter
- 1 Scrambled Egg
- Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Chopped Green Onions
Preparation Instructions
- Scramble eggs
- Prepare ingredients and set aside
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 427°F
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan
- Add 1/2 chopped red onions to pan
- Add 1/2 chopped red bell pepper to pan
- Add 1/2 chopped zucchini to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Add Salt to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Remove ingredients from pan
- Heat ingredients
- Add 1 Pat Butter to pan
- Stir 1 Pat Butter
- Add 1 Scrambled Egg to pan
- Add pepper, onion and zucchini to pan
- Add Crumbled Feta Cheese to pan
- Add Chopped Green Onions to pan
- Fold over omelette
- Remove ingredients from pan
