  • 1/2 Cup Cranberries
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Pinch White Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Slivered almonds
  • 1 Tsp White Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Orange zest

Preparation Instructions

  • Dice sweet potatoes into small bite sized squares

  • Preheat to 264°F
  • Add 3 Tbs Butter to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 4 Cups Sweet Potatoes to pan
  • Note: Spread potatoes evenly
  • Stir ingredients

  • Wipe pan clean with a paper towel
  • Add 1 Tbs Butter to pan

  • Add 1 Tbs Orange zest to pan
