Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 Steak- 1 inch boneless NY Strip
- Salt and Pepper- to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper at least 2 hours before cooking
- Bring steak to room temperature before cooking
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 446°F
- Add 2 Tbsp canola oil to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1 Steak to pan
- Stir ingredients occasionally
- Flip 1 Steak
- Stir ingredients
- Remove ingredients from pan
Finishing Instructions
- Let steak rest 10 minutes before serving
