Sausage Gravy
Adding some cayenne gives it a wonderful and unexpected kick. Serve with biscuits.

- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 c whole milk

- Prepare ingredients and set aside.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 291°F
- Add 1 lb ground sausage to pan
- Spread sausage over entire pan
- Add 1 tsp fresh ground pepper to pan
- Add 1/2 tsp salt to pan
- Add 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper to pan
