- 11 in. skillet
- Small bowl for slurry
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 3 chicken thighs- Diced into small cubes
- 1 medium onion- Diced finely
- 3 cloves garlic- chopped
- 1 tsp ginger- Diced finely or ginger paste
- 1/4 c oyster sauce
- 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce- Please use low sodium or reduce the amount
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- corn starch slurry
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1 cucumber- peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper- thinly sliced
- 6 oz bean sprouts
- 2 pkgs ramen noodles- Cooked - without any seasoning packet
Preparation Instructions
- Prepare ingredients and set aside
- Dice chicken
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 304°F
- Add 2 Tbsp canola oil to pan
- Add 3 chicken thighs to pan
- Spread chicken evenly over pan
- Flip Chicken
- Stir ingredients
- Move chicken to one side
- Add 1 medium onion to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Add 3 cloves garlic to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1 tsp ginger to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1/4 c oyster sauce to pan
- Add 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1/2 c chicken stock to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir corn starch slurry
- Stir ingredients
- Remove ingredients from pan
Finishing Instructions
- Place noodles in a bowl and cover with chicken and sauce
- Garnish bowl with cucumber, red pepper and bean sprouts
