- 2 6 oz filet mignon- about 1 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 c red wine
- 2 Tbsp lingonberry jam
- fresh rosemary- for garnish

- Season filets with salt and pepper
- Let filets rest for 60 minutes after seasoning to come up to room temperature
- Gather all ingredients

- Preheat to 311°F
- Add 1 Tbsp butter to pan
- Add 2 6 oz filet mignon to pan
