Ingredients


  • 2 Tbsp butter (divided)
  • 2 6 oz filet mignon
    - about 1 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 2 Tbsp lingonberry jam
  • fresh rosemary
    - for garnish

  • Season filets with salt and pepper
  • Let filets rest for 60 minutes after seasoning to come up to room temperature

  • Preheat to 311°F
  • Add 1 Tbsp butter to pan

Finishing Instructions


  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
