- Cast iron flat skillet
Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 steak
- 1 slice butter
- 1 teriyaki sauce
- to taste salt and pepper
- green onion - garnish
- roasted sesame seeds - garnish
Preparation Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper
- Rest steak before cooking
- Turn on ventilation fan

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 273°F
- Add 1 tsp oil to pan
- Note: You should hear a sizzle when steak hits the pan. Do not stir or disrupt the meat. You want to sear the outside but NOT cook the inside.
- Add 1 steak to pan
- Flip 1 steak
- Note: Check on steak
- Flip 1 steak
- Add 1 slice butter to pan
- Spread butter on steak
- Cut steak right on cast iron pan
- Add 1 teriyaki sauce to pan
- Note: Remove pan from heat.
Finishing Instructions
- Add sliced green onions for garnish
- Add roasted sesame seeds for garnish
