- Large Pot
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves- minced
- 1 large yellow onion- diced small
- 1 Tbsp white wine
- 1 - 16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach- fully drained
- 1 - 13.75 oz can artichoke hearts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 c whole milk
- 3/4 c parmesan cheese- grated
- salt & pepper- to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Prepare ingredients and set aside
Cooking Instructions
- Heat ingredients
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan
- Add 3 garlic cloves to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1 large yellow onion to pan
- Note: Sauté onions until translucent, about 7 minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp white wine to pan
- Note: After adding wine, deglaze pan
- Add 1 - 16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach to pan
- Note: Cook until spinach is heated through
- Add 1 - 13.75 oz can artichoke hearts to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 8 oz cream cheese to pan
- Note: Stir cream cheese until fully melted & make sure all ingredients are fully combined
- Add 1/3 c whole milk to pan
- Add 3/4 c parmesan cheese to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Note: Let cook for a couple minutes
- Add salt & pepper to pan
- Remove from heat
