  • Large Pot

Ingredients


  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
    - minced
  • 1 large yellow onion
    - diced small
  • 1 Tbsp white wine
  • 1 - 16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach
    - fully drained
  • 1 - 13.75 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 c whole milk
  • 3/4 c parmesan cheese
    - grated
  • salt & pepper
    - to taste

Preparation Instructions


  • Prepare ingredients and set aside

Cooking Instructions


  • Heat ingredients
  • Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan
  • Add 3 garlic cloves to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 1 large yellow onion to pan
  • Note: Sauté onions until translucent, about 7 minutes
  • Add 1 Tbsp white wine to pan
  • Note: After adding wine, deglaze pan
  • Add 1 - 16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach to pan
  • Note: Cook until spinach is heated through
  • Add 1 - 13.75 oz can artichoke hearts to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 8 oz cream cheese to pan
  • Note: Stir cream cheese until fully melted & make sure all ingredients are fully combined
  • Add 1/3 c whole milk to pan
  • Add 3/4 c parmesan cheese to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Note: Let cook for a couple minutes
  • Add salt & pepper to pan
  • Remove from heat
