- Lid that fits pan
- Heat proof spatula
Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Preparation Instructions
- Chop cabbage in half.
- Slice into 1/2” ribbons.
- Lay out ingredients.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 222°F
- Add 3 Tbsp butter to pan
- Fully melt butter and coat bottom of pan.
- Add 1/2 head green cabbage to pan

- Stir ingredients
- Add 1 Tbsp butter to top of cabbage mountain

- Flip 1/2 head green cabbage
