  • Lid that fits pan
  • Heat proof spatula

Ingredients


  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Preparation Instructions


  • Chop cabbage in half.

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 222°F
  • Add 3 Tbsp butter to pan
  • Fully melt butter and coat bottom of pan.
  • Add 1/2 head green cabbage to pan
  • Cover ingredients
  • Uncover ingredients
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 1 Tbsp butter to top of cabbage mountain
  • Cover ingredients
  • Uncover ingredients
  • Flip 1/2 head green cabbage
  • Stir ingredients
