Preparation Instructions
- Make 2-inch Potato Cakes - see recipe
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 193°F
- Add 2 tbs Butter to pan
- Note: Swirl and clarify the butter
- Add 4 gloves Garlic to pan
- Add 8 Potato Cakes to pan
- Note: Reduce heat to prevent burning
- Note: Slightly press down each cake
- Note: Turn
- Note: Check stickiness
- Note: Serve

- Serve 2 to 4 cakes per person
