  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 4 gloves Garlic
  • 8 Potato Cakes

Preparation Instructions

  • Make 2-inch Potato Cakes - see recipe

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat to 193°F
  • Add 2 tbs Butter to pan
  • Note: Swirl and clarify the butter
  • Add 4 gloves Garlic to pan
  • Add 8 Potato Cakes to pan
  • Note: Reduce heat to prevent burning
  • Note: Slightly press down each cake
  • Note: Turn
  • Note: Check stickiness
  • Note: Serve

Finishing Instructions

  • Serve 2 to 4 cakes per person
