- Large pot or Dutch oven
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 4 large garlic cloves- minced
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c whole milk
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg- freshly grated, if possible
- 1 1/2 c parmesan cheese- freshly grated (no substitutes)

- Mince garlic
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 121°F
- Add 6 Tbsp butter to pan
- Add 4 large garlic cloves to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 Tbsp flour to pan
- Whisk ingredients
- Add 1 1/2 c heavy cream to pan
- Add 1 1/2 c whole milk to pan
- Add 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder , 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp nutmeg to pan

Finishing Instructions
- Serve with breadsticks as an appetizer, or toss over fettuccine noodles for a complete dinner.
