Equipment List


  • Nonstick pot
  • Heat-proof spoon

Ingredients


  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1/2 c whole milk
  • 10 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
    - such as Ghirardelli
  • Pinch sea salt

Preparation Instructions


  • Prepare all chosen ingredients for dipping.

Cooking Instructions


  • Place pan on burner and turn to medium low heat setting
  • Add 1/2 c heavy cream to pan
  • Add 1/2 c whole milk to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Stir ingredients
  • Note: You want a gentle simmer here, not a full boil
  • Add 10 oz bittersweet chocolate chips to pan
  • Add Pinch sea salt to pan
  • DO NOT STIR
  • Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes
  • Stir ingredients until completely combined

Finishing Instructions


  • Serve with strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows, bananas, pine cake, and more!
