Equipment List
- Nonstick pot
- Heat-proof spoon
Ingredients
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1/2 c whole milk
- 10 oz bittersweet chocolate chips- such as Ghirardelli
- Pinch sea salt
Preparation Instructions
- Prepare all chosen ingredients for dipping.
Cooking Instructions
- Place pan on burner and turn to medium low heat setting
- Add 1/2 c heavy cream to pan
- Add 1/2 c whole milk to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Note: You want a gentle simmer here, not a full boil
- Add 10 oz bittersweet chocolate chips to pan
- Add Pinch sea salt to pan
- DO NOT STIR
- Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes
- Stir ingredients until completely combined
Finishing Instructions
- Serve with strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows, bananas, pine cake, and more!
