Ingredients


  • 2 salmon fillet
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1 slice Lemon

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 435°F
  • In a medium pan, add cooking spray in medium heat. While waiting for the pan to heat up. Add salt and pepper on salmon. Once the pan is medium heat add cooking oil spray. Then add salmon. Cook for 8 minutes and flip until it’s light brown. serve with fresh vegetables or rice

Finishing Instructions


  • Eat with rice or vegetables on the side
