Ingredients
- 3 tilapia
- 1 cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon favorite seasoning
- 1 cup milk
- 1 butter - one spoon
- 1 cup chickpeas
Preparation Instructions
- Cook the tilapia as desired but not all the way
- Then add the milk
- Add the seasoning
- Add the cream cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 162°F
- Heat ingredients
- Add 1 butter to pan
- Heat ingredients
- Add 3 tilapia to pan
- Heat ingredients
- Add 1 teaspoon favorite seasoning to pan
- Add 1 butter to pan
- Add 1 cup chickpeas to pan
- Add 1 cream cheese to pan
- Add 1 cup milk to pan
- Note: Salt and pepper to taste!
Finishing Instructions
- After the cream cheese is dissolved make sure to let it shimmer for 10-15 min so it finishes cooking the fish! enjoy!
