- 10" oven-safe skillet
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 c marinara sauce
- 2 c water
- 1 Tbsp italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic- minced
- 1 c ricotta
- 1 c mozzarella- shredded
- 8 oz lasagna noodles- broken into pieces that fit into skillet
- basil- optional - for garnish
- salt- to taste
- pepper- to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Measure & prepare all ingredients then set aside
- Mince garlic
- Shred mozzarella
- Break lasagna noodles to fit in skillet
- Wash and break basil for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 378°F
- Add 1 lb ground beef to pan
- Stir 1 lb ground beef
- Add salt and pepper to pan
- Add 3 cloves garlic to pan
- Add 1 Tbsp italian seasoning to pan
- Stir ingredients

- Add 2 c marinara sauce to pan
- Add 1 c ricotta to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 c water to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 8 oz lasagna noodles to pan

- Cover ingredients
- Uncover ingredients
- Remove pan from heat
Finishing Instructions
- Add shredded mozzarella. Broil in oven for 5 minutes.
- Take lasagna out of oven. Let the lasagna rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
- Add basil for garnish.
