  • Heatproof spatula

Ingredients


  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 bunches Swiss chard
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

Preparation Instructions


  • Wash and chop Swiss chard into 1 inch segments.
  • Peel and finely dice shallot and garlic.

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 345°F
  • Heat ingredients
  • Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan
  • Add 2 small shallots to pan
  • Stir 2 small shallots
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 3 cloves garlic to pan
  • Add 2 bunches Swiss chard to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Remove from heat.
