Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 small shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 bunches Swiss chard
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation Instructions
- Wash and chop Swiss chard into 1 inch segments.
- Peel and finely dice shallot and garlic.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 345°F
- Heat ingredients
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan
- Add 2 small shallots to pan
- Stir 2 small shallots
- Stir ingredients
- Add 3 cloves garlic to pan
- Add 2 bunches Swiss chard to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Remove from heat.
