Equipment List

  • Large non-stick skillet


  • 1 Tbsp butter, divided
  • 1/2 c granola
  • 1 1/2 c fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp real vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • Dash cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat to 121°F
  • Add 1/2 T butter and melt
  • Add 1/2 c granola to pan
  • Stir frequently for 1.5-2 min, being careful not to burn.
  • Place toasted granola in bowl and set aside
  • In same pan, add 1/2 T butter and melt
  • Add 1 1/2 c fresh blueberries to pan
  • Add 1 Tbsp brown sugar , 1 tsp real vanilla and Dash cinnamon to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Note: Cook and stir frequently until berries soften and break down a bit
  • Note: Place in serving bowls and top with toasted granola. Add ice cream, if desired.
