- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin- 1/4 inch thick slices, seasoned with smoked sea salt and pepper
- 1 Small Red onion- Sliced
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 Plums, firm- thinly sliced
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- 1/4 Cup White wine
- 1 Cup Hard Apple Cider
Preparation Instructions
- Season pork steaks 15 minutes before cooking
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 257°F
- Add 1 tablespoon Butter to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin to pan
- Flip 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin
- Remove 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin from pan
- Add 1 Small Red onion to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 tablespoons Butter to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 4 Plums, firm to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 Sprigs Rosemary to pan
- Add 1/4 Cup White wine to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1 Cup Hard Apple Cider to pan
- Add 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin to pan
- Note: Take a taste and check seasonings
- Remove ingredients from pan
Finishing Instructions
- Serve with small boiled red potatoes
