Ingredients


  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin
    - 1/4 inch thick slices, seasoned with smoked sea salt and pepper
  • 1 Small Red onion
    - Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Plums, firm
    - thinly sliced
  • 2 Sprigs Rosemary
  • 1/4 Cup White wine
  • 1 Cup Hard Apple Cider

Preparation Instructions


  • Season pork steaks 15 minutes before cooking

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 257°F
  • Add 1 tablespoon Butter to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin to pan
  • Flip 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • Remove 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin from pan
  • Add 1 Small Red onion to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 2 tablespoons Butter to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 4 Plums, firm to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 2 Sprigs Rosemary to pan
  • Add 1/4 Cup White wine to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 1 Cup Hard Apple Cider to pan
  • Add 3/4 pound Pork Tenderloin to pan
  • Note: Take a taste and check seasonings
  • Remove ingredients from pan

Finishing Instructions


  • Serve with small boiled red potatoes
