- Dutch oven or large heavy-bottom pot
- Whisk
- Ladle

Ingredients
- 4 c whole milk
- 1 c pumpkin puree
- 1 c white chocolate- roughly chopped (can use white chocolate chips)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Preparation Instructions
- Rough chop white chocolate
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 155°F
- Add 4 c whole milk to pan
- Add 1 c pumpkin puree to pan
- Add 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice , 1/4 tsp cloves and 1/8 tsp cinnamon to pan
- Whisk ingredients

- Remove from heat
- Add 2 tsp vanilla to pan
- Add 1 c white chocolate to pan
- Whisk ingredients
- Note: Continue whisking until chocolate is completely melted
Finishing Instructions
- Ladle into mugs
- Top with whipped cream or cold foam, then add some ground cinnamon.
