Equipment List
- Large sauce pot or Dutch oven
- Whisk
- Small bowl
Ingredients
- 3 c unsalted beef stock
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 c white wine
- 2 cubes beef bouillon - finely crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 c water
- 1/8 c heavy whipping cream
Cooking Instructions
- Turn on the heat to medium setting.
- Add 3 c unsalted beef stock to pan
- Add 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce to pan
- Add 1/8 c white wine to pan
- Add 2 cubes beef bouillon to pan
- Add 1/2 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder to pan

- Pour water into cornstarch and whisk until thoroughly combined
- Slowly pour cornstarch mixture into pot, whisking constantly to avoid clumping
- Continue whisking until thoroughly incorporated
- Add 1/8 c heavy whipping cream to pan
- Whisk ingredients until thoroughly combined smooth
- Serve immediately
Finishing Instructions
- If available, add a few tablespoons of drippings (fat removed) from a roasted turkey, chicken, or ham to add an additional layer of flavor.
- Keep gravy heated until ready to serve, as it thickens as it sits. if it cools too much, reheat and whisk.
