Equipment List

  • Frying Pan
  • Small Mixing Bowl


  • 2 cuts of Salmon
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1 TBSP Whole Seed Mustard

Preparation Instructions

  • Oil Pan
  • Add Salt and Pepper to Salmon
  • Mix honey and whole seed mustard

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat to 318°F
  • Add oil to pan
  • Then add salmon top down to quickly brown
  • Brown on both sides
  • Continue to cook on skin the rest of the way through
  • When almost fully cooked, add the mixture of whole seed mustard and honey
  • Remove when ready and serve skin down

Finishing Instructions

  • Serve with fried zucchini and steamed broccoli
