- Small Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cuts of Salmon
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 TBSP Whole Seed Mustard
Preparation Instructions
- Oil Pan
- Add Salt and Pepper to Salmon
- Mix honey and whole seed mustard
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 318°F
- Add oil to pan
- Then add salmon top down to quickly brown
- Brown on both sides
- Continue to cook on skin the rest of the way through
- When almost fully cooked, add the mixture of whole seed mustard and honey
- Remove when ready and serve skin down
Finishing Instructions
- Serve with fried zucchini and steamed broccoli
