- Nonstick pan
- Flat spatula
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tb pesto
- pinch salt and pepper- optional
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 124°F
- Add 1 tb pesto to pan
- Add 1 egg to pan
- Add pinch salt and pepper to pan
- Note: Feel free to use the spatula to help spread out the egg white to help with faster cooking!
- Note: If you find the pesto burning a bit before the egg white has set, feel free to add a bit of water to help deglaze the pesto
