  • Nonstick pan
  • Flat spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tb pesto
  • pinch salt and pepper
    - optional

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat to 124°F
  • Add 1 tb pesto to pan
  • Add 1 egg to pan
  • Add pinch salt and pepper to pan
  • Note: Feel free to use the spatula to help spread out the egg white to help with faster cooking!
  • Note: If you find the pesto burning a bit before the egg white has set, feel free to add a bit of water to help deglaze the pesto
  • Flip ingredients
