- Meat chopper
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 large yellow onion- diced
- 3 cloves garlic- minced
- 1 1/4 c beef broth
- 1/8 c red wine
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 15 oz can petite-diced tomatoes- Use fire-roasted, if possible
- 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 c elbow macaroni
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese- use freshly shredded for best results
Preparation Instructions
- Shred cheese
- Dice onions
- Mince garlic
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 168°F
- Add 1 lb ground beef to pan
- Mash ground beef
- Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper to pan
- Add 1/2 large yellow onion to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Add 3 cloves garlic to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1/8 c red wine to pan and deglaze
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1 1/4 c beef broth
- Add 15 oz can petite-diced tomatoes to pan
- And add 1 cube beef bouillon
- Add tomato sauce
- And add 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- Stir 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- Add 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Add 1 1/2 c elbow macaroni to pan
