Equipment List

  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Bowl
  • Mason jar
  • Spatula
  • Jigger
  • 8 oz cup
  • 3 qt nonstick saucepan


  • Peach Simple Syrup
    • 1 c sugar
    • 1 c water
    • 2 peaches
      - pitted and chopped or sliced
  • Peach Sparkling Iced Tea
    • 5 oz unsweetened ice tea
      - freshly brewed or store bought
    • 1 oz Peach Simple Syrup
    • 2 oz Prosecco or Sparkling Water
    • mint
      - for garnish
    • peach slice
      - for garnish
    • blackberries
      - for garnish
    • ice

Preparation Instructions

  • Measure and prepare ingredients. Set aside.

  • If making the Sparkling Iced Tea-gather ingredients.
  • Place pot on stovetop.

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat to 280°F
  • Add 1 c sugar to pan
  • Add 1 c water to pan
  • Add 2 peaches to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Stir ingredients
  • Note: Once it boils then bring to a simmer
  • Remove from heat

Finishing Instructions

  • Place fine mesh strainer on top of a bowl. Stain the peaches from the syrup. Save the liquid in the bowl. You can discard the peaches in the strainer or use to top ice cream or granola or yogurt.

  • Place syrup in an air tight container like a mason jar. Keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • Make Sparkling Iced Tea-In an 8 oz cup, fill with ice cubes then pour 1 oz of Peach Simple Syrup. Then fill cup 3/4 way with iced tea then top with Prosecco or Sparkling Water. Enjoy!
