- 12 inch saute pan
- Tongs
- Heat-resistant scraper
Ingredients
- 20 chicken meatballs- 1/2 oz meatballs (can use your own recipe or or store-bought meatballs)
- 1/3 c soy sauce- low sodium
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp ginger paste
Preparation Instructions
- Make chicken meatballs, if using your own recipe.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 136°F
- Heat ingredients
- Add 1/4 c honey to pan
- Heat ingredients
- Heat to 150 degrees Fahrenheit
- Stir ingredients
- Keep temperature at 150
- Add 1/4 c dark brown sugar to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Dissolve sugar in the honey
- Add 1 Tbsp garlic paste to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 Tbsp ginger paste to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 Tbsp lime juice to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 tsp chili garlic sauce to pan
- Add 1/3 c soy sauce to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 2 Tbsp lime juice to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 20 chicken meatballs to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients
- Reduce the sauce and coat the meatballs
- Check a meatball by cutting it in half to ensure meatballs are fully cooked.
- Remove when properly coated and serve
Finishing Instructions
- Serve with cilantro
