- Large pot or Dutch Oven
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 c low-sodium chicken stock
- 2/3 c grated parmesan cheese- fresh
- 2 c ring pasta
Preparation Instructions
- Grate parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 111°F
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan
- Add 2 tsp minced garlic to pan
- Add 1 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 6 Tbsp tomato paste to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 1 Tbsp dry sherry to pan
- Add 4 c low-sodium chicken stock to pan

Finishing Instructions
- On a baking sheet, bake small piles of parmesan cheese at 350 degrees for 5-6 min until crispy. Spoon finished pasta into bowls and top with cheese crisps.
