  • Whisk

Ingredients


  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 c low-sodium chicken stock
  • 2/3 c grated parmesan cheese
    - fresh
  • 2 c ring pasta

  • Grate parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 111°F
  • Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan
  • Add 2 tsp minced garlic to pan
  • Add 1 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 6 Tbsp tomato paste to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 1 Tbsp dry sherry to pan
  • Add 4 c low-sodium chicken stock to pan
  • Whisk ingredients
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 2 c ring pasta to pan
  • Stir ingredients

Finishing Instructions


  • On a baking sheet, bake small piles of parmesan cheese at 350 degrees for 5-6 min until crispy. Spoon finished pasta into bowls and top with cheese crisps.
