Boozy Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
- 1 c heavy cream
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips- use a good quality brand such as Ghirardelli
- 3 Tbsp Bailey’s Irish Cream- can substitute bourbon
Cooking Instructions
- Turn burner on to just above a medium setting.
- Add 1 c heavy cream to pan
- Note: Looking for a gentle simmer. Do not boil.
- Turn off heat but leave pan on burner.
- Add 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips to pan
- Gently make sure chocolate chips are mostly submerged, but DO NOT stir.
- Note: Allow mixture to sit for a minute or two to allow chips to soften and begin to melt.
- Stir ingredients until chocolate is completely smooth.
- Add 3 Tbsp Bailey’s Irish Cream to pan
- Stir ingredients until mixture is smooth.
- Keep on low heat while serving.
Finishing Instructions
- Serve warm with fruit, pound cake, marshmallows, pretzels, etc.
