Ingredients
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 48 oz chopped spinach, drained with water removed
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup palm oil
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 2tbsp ground crayfish
- 1 inch raw ginger
Preparation Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, 1/2 onion, garlic, ginger in blender and pulse till smooth. set to side
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 388°F
- Heat ingredients
- Add 1 cup canola oil to pan
- Add blended tomato mixture to pan
- Stir one minute
- Stir occasionally until water is removed from tomato mixture
- Add 48 oz chopped spinach, drained with water removed to pan
- Stir until tomato mixture is evenly distributed
- Add 1 cup chicken stock to pan
- Add 2tbsp ground crayfish to pan
- Add 1/2 cup palm oil to pan

- Add second half of onion, sliced thinly
