Ingredients


  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • 48 oz chopped spinach, drained with water removed
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup palm oil
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 2tbsp ground crayfish
  • 1 inch raw ginger

Preparation Instructions


  • Combine tomatoes, 1/2 onion, garlic, ginger in blender and pulse till smooth. set to side

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 388°F
  • Heat ingredients
  • Add 1 cup canola oil to pan
  • Add blended tomato mixture to pan
  • Stir one minute
  • Stir occasionally until water is removed from tomato mixture
  • Add 48 oz chopped spinach, drained with water removed to pan
  • Stir until tomato mixture is evenly distributed
  • Add 1 cup chicken stock to pan
  • Add 2tbsp ground crayfish to pan
  • Add 1/2 cup palm oil to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add second half of onion, sliced thinly
  • Stir ingredients
