- Large pot or Dutch oven
Ingredients
- 16 oz pork sausage
- 32 oz frozen tortellini, thawed
- 4 c chicken stock
- 23 oz can tomato soup
- 2 14.5 oz cans diced, fire-roasted tomatoes
- 16 oz chive & onion spread
- 1 Tbsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Handful fresh basil leaves
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 180°F
- Add 16 oz pork sausage to pan
- Break up sausage as it cooks
- Add 4 c chicken stock
- Add tomato soup
- Add diced tomatoes
- Add 1 Tbsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning and 1 tsp Italian seasoning to pan
- Add 16 oz chive & onion spread to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add tortellini
- Stir ingredients
- Add Handful fresh basil leaves to pan
