Equipment List


  • Dutch oven or large pot
  • Hamburger chopper

Ingredients


  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 c chicken stock
  • 15 ounce can Navy beans
    - rinsed & drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 c Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 c corn kernals
    - frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
    - softened and cubed small
  • 14.5 ounce can fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 T cilantro
    - chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 c Bleu cheese crumbles

Preparation Instructions


  • Chop cilantro
  • Cube cream cheese

Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat to 92°F
  • Add 1 lb ground chicken to pan
  • Using hamburger chopper, break up chicken and cook through
  • Add 2 c chicken stock to pan
  • Add 15 ounce can Navy beans to pan
  • Add 1 c corn kernals to pan
  • Add 1 packet ranch seasoning to pan
  • Add 1/4 c Buffalo wing sauce to pan
  • Add 1/2 tsp onion powder , 1/tsp garlic powder , 1/2 tsp celery salt , 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 8 ounces cream cheese to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add 14.5 ounce can fire-roasted tomatoes to pan
  • Stir ingredients and continue cooking, stirring frequently to break up cream cheese
  • Add 1 T cilantro to pan
  • Stir ingredients

Finishing Instructions


  • Ladle intp bowls & top with bleu cheese crumbles & additional cliantro.
  • If you want more heat, add additional buffalo wing sauce
