Honey Bourbon CranApple Sauce

- Medium Saucepan
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Honey
- 1/3 c water
- 1/3 c apple cider
- 8 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Preparation Instructions
- Measure ingredients and set aside.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 224°F
- Add 1/3 c water to pan
- Add 1/3 c apple cider to pan
- Add 1/4 c Honey to pan
- Add 1 Tbsp brown sugar to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Add 8 oz fresh cranberries to pan
- Add 1 cinnamon stick to pan
- Add 3 cloves to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Stir ingredients

- Stir ingredients
- Add 1.5 oz bourbon to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Remove from heat.
Finishing Instructions
- Scoop out the cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Cool the sauce for 15 minutes
- If you are not serving the cranapple sauce immediately then place in airtight container and leave in refrigerator for 3-5 days.
