- 1 pound pork meatballs- any type of meatballs will work
- 1 pound mild Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion- sliced
- 1 red pepper- thinly sliced
- 1 orange pepper- thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons basil- chopped
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese- cut into small chunks
- 1 baguette
Preparation Instructions
- Prepare meatballs by mixing the sausage with parmesan cheese and form into 1 inch diameter balls
- Chop veggies
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 226°F
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to pan
- Add 1 pound pork meatballs to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Flip 1 pound pork meatballs
