Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 16 ounce Rib eye steak- 1 1/2 inches thick.
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preparation Instructions
- Apply salt and pepper to both sides of the raw steak
- Let the steak rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat to 190°F
- Add 1 tablespoon Butter to pan
- Add 16 ounce Rib eye steak to pan
- Stir ingredients
- Flip 16 ounce Rib eye steak
- Stir ingredients
- Flip ingredients
- Remove 16 ounce Rib eye steak from pan
Finishing Instructions
- After cooking, let steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing
