  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 16 ounce Rib eye steak
    - 1 1/2 inches thick.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation Instructions

  • Apply salt and pepper to both sides of the raw steak
  • Let the steak rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat to 190°F
  • Add 1 tablespoon Butter to pan
  • Add 16 ounce Rib eye steak to pan
  • Stir ingredients
  • Flip 16 ounce Rib eye steak
  • Stir ingredients
  • Flip ingredients
  • Remove 16 ounce Rib eye steak from pan

Finishing Instructions

  • After cooking, let steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing
